Regional PartnerOne of the core ideas of the Business Incubator is the possibility to localise full-services and to launch them in different countries.

Therefore, a typical full-service is divided into different expert roles and the languages in which they are able to conduct the service. The core team who was launching the full-service can ask the directorate of the Learning Agency Network to appoint regional partners.

A specific contract (elaborated together with the business plan) is regulating the duties and benefits of the partner.

Partner's duties:

  1. Getting trained for franchising (train-the-trainer)
  2. Identifying localisation aspects
  3. Networking and submitting experts for key roles
  4. Translating full-service materials (website, marketing material etc.)
  5. Conducting marketing activities in the respected country
