Partner System
One of the core ideas of the Business Incubator is the possibility to localise full-services and to launch them in different languages and countries.
Therefore, a typical full-service is divided into different expert roles (covering service parts and type of client) and the languages in which they are able to conduct the service. The core team who was launching the full-service can ask the directorate of the Learning Agency Network to appoint partners.
A specific contract (elaborated together with the business plan) is regulating the duties and benefits of the partner. Normally the time investment of a partner is not so high (one meeting every 2nd week and around 3 hours of time per week for the distribution and managegement). The uptake of the service is based on synergies which are freed by the network.

Partner's duties:
- Signing a partner agreement
- Participating in regular meetings
- Optional: Getting trained for partnering
- Identifying localisation aspects
- Networking and proposing experts for key roles
- Translating materials (website, marketing material etc.)
- Conducting marketing activities in the respected country
- Passing successfully a yearly re-accreditation audit
Prices:
We use a First Comes First Served (FCFS) approach, when choosing partner from the applicants with the necessary qualifications. If you are identifying that your country is not yet on the list, you can can contact our secretariat ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). You will then be invited to a closed group of National Partner where you find all the marketing material that you might need to run your service. As long as you are passing the yearly re-accreditation audit which will be held with the director of the service, a peer (other National Partner) and the Director Training & Development of LANETO. The re-accreditation shall also serve the improvement of the services and is thus emphasizing on consultative aspects. The price for the re-accreditation is based on your economical zone and will be sold at costs.
