Andreas Link, Director Innovative Learning Practices (ILP)

Andreas studied Politics & History at the Universität of Regensburg (M.A.), later eLearning Management at Steinbeis Hochschule, Berlin. After many years of teaching & researching at the Universität der Bundeswehr, München, and the Freie Universität Berlin Andreas did his doctoral promotion (Dr. phil.).

11 years as CIO at market research company tns-Infratest, Munic, hardened an industrial approach.

He works as independent online & informal learning professional and OER enthusiast since then.

In addition to this he acts as an expert for EU promotional programs and project manager at Steinbeis Hochschule, Berlin.

My key areas include:

• Networked learning
• quality assurance of online learning
• use/development/reuse of OER in non-academical adult education settings
