Andreas studied Politics & History at the Universität of Regensburg (M.A.), later eLearning Management at Steinbeis Hochschule, Berlin. After many years of teaching & researching at the Universität der Bundeswehr, München, and the Freie Universität Berlin Andreas did his doctoral promotion (Dr. phil.).
11 years as CIO at market research company tns-Infratest, Munic, hardened an industrial approach.
He works as independent online & informal learning professional and OER enthusiast since then.
In addition to this he acts as an expert for EU promotional programs and project manager at Steinbeis Hochschule, Berlin.

Anne-Marie De Jonghe
Anne-Marie De Jonghe, Director Tertiary Education Consulting (TEC)
Anne-Marie De Jonghe is an independent researcher and consultant in the area of strategic management, change processes and organisational performance improvement, particularly in the non-profit sector.
She combines academic backgrounds in law, business administration (Licentiate and Postgraduate degrees at K.U.Leuven) and public policy (Master in Public Administration from the J.F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University). She is finishing a PhD at the School of Management of the University of Southampton (UK), studying the integration of technology in the strategic management of higher education institutions.
Her extensive management experience ranges from the private sector (banking) where she held various positions as Legal Counsel, Corporate Officer, Financial Controller and Director of Corporate Quality Programs, to various non profit organisations, including a position as Director, Development of Research at INSEAD (The European Institute for Business Administration, France) coordinating research centres on corporate change, business and the environment and managing relationships with the corporate and public sector.
She has been the Director of the Flemish Inter University Council, working with the Rectors and academics of Flemish Universities and with European Rectors and Vice Chancellors in the context of the European University Association.
As a research associate she has also been involved in several projects related to strategic management and change processes in a variety of organisations and universities in West and Eastern Europe (supported by EU programs and other non-profit organisations) and has published in professional and academic reports and books.
She regularly acts as an expert in the strategic audit and quality assessment of non profit institutions, programmes and policies at the national and international level.
Based on these experiences, she favours a multi-disciplinary approach to strategic change issues, covering both analysis and implementation, and contributes to the design of projects for vocational training and management development for organisations of the 21 Century.
She serves as a member of the board of non-profit organisations and is the director of The Concord Group bvba, management consulting in the non-profit and profit sector.

Irene Sapadi, Finance Executive
Irene Sapadi is a Real Estate Manager and has graduated a correspondence degree course of study at the Institut für Wohnungsunternehmen - the current EBZ Europäisches Bildungszentrum/Business School in Bochum, Germany. In Real Estate Management she was involved in sales, property management and accounting.
Previously, she had worked for several international companies: In an American military industry she was in sales support and customer services and held direct contact between end user (Austrian and Belgian Army, Royal Air Force, U.S. Air Force Europe) and the head quarter in California. In an English company for human growth potential she was responsible for administration, finance and seminar organization. She worked in London, Munich, Brussels, Boston, Los Angeles and Japan.
She had also founded her own company for distributing soft- and hardware for architects and engineers. As an individual entrepreneur she set off at the beginning covering all areas such as marketing, acquisition, sales, installations and hotline herself. After successful pioneer work, she expanded her business in the shortest time.
Irene Sapadi is a licensed NLP Trainer and was trained in New York by the founder Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle, his vice-president. She arranged for Dr. Bandler and his team a three-week seminar in Cologne, Germany on the topics of Design Human Engineering, Persuasion Engineering, and the Meta and Milton Model. She has also participated in trainings on mindfulness and intuition, "The Science of Tomorrow" and "Fundamentals about Ethics in Business," according to Michael Roach – an essential model for the cause – effect analysis in operational process consulting.
Currently she works as a freelancer for companies e.g. in the property management and architectual sector. She also works on an honorary basis for two non-profit organizations being responsible for finance, claim management and administration.

Mayra Aixa Villar, Language Partner Spanish
Mayra Aixa Villar is a fully bilingual instructional designer and independent researcher for National University of Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. She is currently writing a thesis to obtain an MA in Applied Linguistics. She has conducted thorough research on the following topics: (i) structural analysis and linguistic modeling of online texts, (ii) eLearning, (iii) C.A.L.L. (Computer Assisted Language Learning), (iv) T.E.L.L. (Technology Enhanced Language Learning), (v) Data-driven learning as well as (vi) Web 2.0 tools in education.
Her research findings has enabled her to complete a successful internship at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, work as a freelance contributor in different project, and participate in national and international scientific meetings. At the moment, she writes storyboards/scripts in English and Spanish, selects and organizes learning content for online courses/presentations and generates rapid eLearning as well as social media strategies for effective communication, collaboration and knowledge management within organizations.

Rolf Reinhardt
Rolf Reinhardt, Managing Director
Rolf Reinhardt is holding the degree of a Dipl.-Ing., as he is a graduated engineer in Media Technology specialized in Multimedia. He finished his studies in Germany and France with a thesis (with honours) on the subject of controlling of Vocational Education & Training with e-Learning at L’ORÉAL, Paris.
Rolf Reinhardt has worked for several lighthouse eLearning-projects as consultant and manager, has collaborated with publishing houses and has extensive experience in the field of healthcare. He is experienced in organising conferences, seminars and workshops, dedicated to national and international audiences.
From April 2009 to 2011, Rolf Reinhardt was in charge of managing and conducting the operational activities of the European Foundation for Quality in E-Learning, EFQUEL, including the work in European projects on Game based Learning, Adult Learning Centres, Peer Learning, Benchmarking of Tertiary Educational Providers, Evaluation of Training and Courses, User Generated Content in Universities, and Open Educational Practices.
Currently, Rolf Reinhardt is Managing Director of the Learning Agency Network, an international learning value added service for learning providers.

Serge Ravet
Serge Ravet, Director Digital Identity Development (DID)
Before joining The Learning Agency Network in 2011 as Director for Digital Identity Development, Serge Ravet created ADPIOS in 2010 after leaving EIfEL, the European Institute for E-Learning he created in 2001. Combining both technological and pedagogical expertise (25 years experience in learning technologies, training and human resources development) with work experience in Europe and the USA, he is retained as learning technology expert, keynote speaker and consultant in a number of European projects.
Publications include ‘Technology-based Training’ (Kogan Page, 1997);‘Valider les Compétences avec les NVQs’ (DEMOS, 1999); a Guide to e-learning Solutions (2001) and numerous articles on individual and organisational learning technologies, ePortfolios and digital identity, competency development and recognition, quality systems. Serge was also at the initiative of the creation of the European Foundation for Quality in eLearning (EFQUEL).
Serge coined the concept "Internet of Subjects" in the internet of subjects manifesto link which is one of the ideas developed on the path for an Identity Centric Internet.
