Systemic Needs Analysis

It is very difficult to find the right learning solution provider. First of all, there are so many of them on the market. Clients can spend a lot of time by just browsing through the web or going to fairs and trying to compare the different providers - if either freelancer, small, medium sized or large company.

Once a potential provider is identified, the next question is raised: How can the client be sure to get what he really needs and not as much as possible of the provider's portfolio? Can you trust a biased provider?

What is more: Does the learning provider really understands the systemic needs and challenges of the client, by considering taking into consideration the different systems which are influencing the solution (e.g. people, culture, politics, localisation, processes)? 

And finally for specific cases: How can the client get personal support and guidance - even when the most suitable provider is located in another country or the different experts, which might be needed for the implementation, are situated around the globe?

We might send you preparation material before the audio meeting in which one of our general experts (certified) and one of our partners from your region (accredited) will participate. It can also be that there is only one person who combines expertise and accreditation.

The meeting will last between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Afterwards, you are receiving a short written report by email afterwards in which we are proposing a direction that fits your need.

Then, you will have the possibility to decide if you want to go ahead with the second step of our Systemic Needs Analysis. If your decision is positive, a team of 3 experts will hold a second meeting with you and as a result write a detailed solution paper.

Finally, our regional partner will follow up with a meeting in your office or online to explain you the solution paper in person.

Afterwards, you will have the full freedom to either implement the proposed solutions by yourself, to ask another learning provider or to request us implementing the solutions.
