Development Process

A typical full-service development is involving the following steps:

  1. Presenting the idea to the core team of the Learning Agency Network (free of charge)
  2. Identifying and approaching experts, team building, defining vision & mission, setting up regular meetings etc. (free of charge)
  3. Financial and business planning, contracting (payment depends on the involvement of the Learning Agency Network)
  4. Elaborating the service / product (payment depends on the involvement of the Learning Agency Network), i.e. a prototype or beta-version.
  5. Testing and piloting, gathering references (payment depends on the involvement of the Learning Agency Network)
  6. Marketing and Roll-Out inlcuding website, web 2.0 tools etc. (payment depends on the involvement of the Learning Agency Network)
  7. Ongoing: Sales, networking, sharing of free information (http://wiki.international-cv.net), personal training and assessment leading to certification of experts and accreditation of national partners via http://www.international-cv.net (payment depends on the involvement of the Learning Agency Network)

The team members / organisations who are involved in step 1, 2, 3 and 4 are receiving a royalty on the profit which is generated through the service as long as the full-service brand is existing.

It is important to emphasize that every incubated or packaged service can be thaught and rolled-out internationally through a network of National Partner, who will be in direct contact with the client and ensure localized adaption of the services. Further, the National Partner will relate to an international network of experts for different specialisations. A National Partner doesn't need to be an expert in every field, but he should be able to explain the services to an interested client.
